Chef Remy Lefebvre and his talented team will be cooking a unique 4-course prix fixe menu paired with Champagne Telmont tastings.
 

“Culinary Dialogue” is a 2025 dinner series where we connect monthly for delicious and eye-opening events at Francine. We have been working hard in the past months to connect with responsible partners, and we are dedicated to cooking with the best ingredients the season and the region can offer. Behind luxurious ingredients are care, dedication, and a strong belief in making good for our environment and community.
 
The first “Culinary dialogue” is dedicated to our iconic partner, Champagne Telmont. This 300-year, organic Maison de Champagne in France is the leader in supporting biodynamic agriculture, actively engaged in actions for a better environment, and offering one of the best champagne in the world. Their motto is in the name of Mother Nature, and they are only moving forward with craft and creativity. Join us for one evening only to discover a different champagne, sublimed by seasonal creation from the talented team of Francine.

Masterclass 5pm-6pm: A happy hour Masterclass evening to discover Champagne Telmont, a prestigious, boutique Champagne Maison. Pours will be paired with delightful culinary creations by Francine’s Head Chef, Remy Lefebvre. $100/guest
 
Wine dinner 7pm-9pm: Join us for a four-course prix-fixe menu curated by Remy Lefebvre and paired with Champagne Telmont, using seasonal products with respectful practice partners. $160/guest
